In this case, Gatt Barge forms the mound for the caisson that will serve as the foundation of the breakwater.
FD
Floating dock is the work vessel that can be raised to the surface or semi-submerged by pouring and draining water.
The caisson that will be the foundation of the breakwater can be fabricated on the dock, and after the caisson is fabricated, it is used to launch the breakwater while using the FD.
